Vaughn’s client was nearing completion of a large residence in southern Georgia. The project required thirty-one sets of Lift & Slide door trim and twenty sets of Multi Point garden doors. The windows were supplied by Tischler Windows and Doors and one of their many features offered is narrow stiles to maximize the view.
Given the tight timeline to complete the project, the design and construction team had to specify and quickly finalize their decision. We developed concept drawings and photographed samples for their approval within 24 hours of their request. Other features of the project were spring assisted levers (low profile to not exceed 2-1/2” projection) and narrow rose/cylinder collars (1-3/8”). The project was finished in brillant Burnished Nickel (BN).
